RETURNS POLICY

GENERAL POLICY

If you wish to cancel the Purchase Contract within 14
calendar days of receipt of the order, you must notify us through our Returns
Form that you will receive printed with the order.

You can send the product(s) to be returned, together
with the Return Form that you will have received with the order, duly
completed, to the address indicated on the order, which is the only address to
send any return: Maremagnum Moll d’Espanya 5, 08039 Barcelona, Spain. The fact
of asking in this form of returns the reasons for withdrawal, are merely
informative and statistical.

STEAM IT will accept returned items that are in
perfect condition, with their original packaging if possible (because otherwise
the product could suffer a depreciation) and its use does not go beyond the
mere verification of good condition and operation.

After examining the product, we will inform you
whether you are entitled to a refund. The return will be made as soon as
possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date you notified
us of your intention to withdraw, and in the same form of payment that was used
to pay for the purchase. You will assume the cost and risk of returning the
products to us, as indicated above.

Products that are not in the same condition in which
you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the
product, will not be returned.

Shipping and return costs shall be paid by STEAM IT
provided that the reason for the return is an error on the part of STEAM IT:

– The item served does not correspond to the order

– The characteristics of the product do not correspond
to those of the web page of the purchased product.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS ACCORDING TO FORM OF PAYMENT

Return of defective products

If you consider that at the time of delivery the
product is not in perfect condition (defect), you should contact us following
the instructions for returning the product, at cost assumed by you, which appear
in the Returns Form.

The product must be sent to the address indicated in
the Returns Form that you will receive with the product at the time of
delivery.

You can also contact STEAM IT by email info@steamit.eu providing the product details and the damage it suffers.

The returned product will then be carefully examined
and you will be informed by email or telephone if we consider that the product
should be returned or replaced. The return or replacement of the product will
take place as soon as possible, within 14 calendar days after the date on which
we send the email.

The amount paid for products that are returned because
they are defective, provided that there is express confirmation from STEAM IT,
will be refunded in full, in the same form of payment that was used to pay for
the purchase.

If you do not want the defective product to be
replaced by another, depending on the method of payment chosen by you at the
time of placing the order, you will be refunded the amount of the refund. If
you would like to have the defective product replaced by another product in
perfect condition, STEAM IT will resolve this.

Return of products paid for by credit card

It will be credited to the same credit card with which
you paid for the order. This payment will be effective when the product has
been checked and no later than 14 calendar days from when we inform you that the
return proceeds.

Bear in mind that if the return comes from a gift, the
amount will be credited to the same payment card, never to another card and
never to a bank account.

Return of products paid by bank transfer

The full amount of the order will be credited to the
bank account provided by you. This payment will be effective when the product
has been checked and no later than 14 calendar days from when we inform you
that the return proceeds.

Return due to an error in the delivery of a product

In the event that you receive a product that is not
the one requested in your purchase, whether or not you want the product
requested to be sent back to you, the same standard as for the products will
apply. and you will have to pay the cost of transport for the return of the
same one.

The product must be sent to the address indicated in
the Returns Form that you will receive with the product at the time of
delivery.

The returned product will then be carefully examined
and you will be informed by e-mail if we consider that the product should be
returned or replaced. The return or replacement of the product will take place
as soon as possible, within 14 calendar days after the date on which we send
the email.

full, including any costs you incurred in delivering the product to STEAM IT.

If you do not want the product to be replaced by
another, depending on the method of payment chosen by you at the time of
placing the order, you will be refunded the amount of the return.

Return due to customer dissatisfaction

In cases where you consider that the product received
does not meet your needs, you may return the item(s) in any of our physical
stores in Barcelona, Spain and the refund of the amount of the item(s) returned
will be made in the same mode of payment that was used to pay the purchase.

If you prefer to return it by post, you must send it
to the address shown on the returns form: Maremagnum Moll d’Espanya 5, 08039
Barcelona, Spain, taking charge of the cost of postage.

Once the product has been received, we will check the
status of the product and inform you by email if the return is appropriate.

If the return proceeds, we will pay the amount of the
STEAM IT product in the same way chosen to make the payment within a maximum of
14 calendar days after we inform you that the return proceeds.

Return due to customer dissatisfaction, product paid
with card

The total amount of the returned STEAM IT product(s)
will be credited to the same credit card with which you paid for the order.

If the return does not proceed, we will contact you to
explain why we cannot pay for the product, and we will send your product back
to you freight collect which you will have to pay when it is delivered to you.

Return due to customer dissatisfaction, product paid
for by bank transfer

The total amount of the returned STEAM IT product(s)
will be credited to the bank account provided by you.

If the return does not proceed, we will contact you to explain why we cannot pay for the product, and we will send your product back to you freight collect which you will have to pay when it is delivered.

COOKIES

STEAM IT uses cookies in order to improve its
services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the identity of the
User, facilitate access to personal preferences and track your use of the
Store. Cookies are files installed on the computer’s hard disk or in the
browser’s memory in the folder preconfigured by the operating system of the
User’s computer to identify him/her.

If the User does not wish a cookie to be installed on
his or her hard disk, he or she must configure his or her Internet browsing
programme so as not to receive them. Likewise, the User may freely destroy the
cookies. In the event that the User decides to deactivate the cookies, the
quality and speed of the service may be reduced and he or she may even lose
access to some of the services offered in the Store.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any
controversy arising from the interpretation or performance that may arise in
relation to the validity, interpretation, performance or termination of this
contract shall be subject to the Jurisdiction and Competence of the Courts and
Tribunals of Barcelona, waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond to the
User, provided that the applicable legislation so permits.
